# Billing

> Track usage, set limits, and manage billing.

Governance controls (roles, budgets, 2FA, identity, audit logs, hosted MCPs, organization knowledge) are included on every plan.

## Where to find billing

Open **Governance → Usage & billing** (`/settings/billing`) inside the web app to manage billing for your organization.

## Self-hosted deployments

A self-hosted Luno OS (no Stripe configured) has no plans, credits, project quota or rate limits. **Usage & billing** shows a "Self-hosted" plan with unlimited usage, and the usage breakdown still records what your agents and workflows consume. Set `STRIPE_SECRET_KEY`, `STRIPE_PRICE_PRO` and `STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET` on the platform to turn on Hobby/Pro billing; see the platform README.
