# Navigate the web app

> The workspace layout, pages, and URLs of the Luno OS web app.

The Luno OS web app is your team's shared workspace: use the apps, chats and workflows of your Spaces, build with [Luno Builder](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/build-with-ai/platform-agent.md), inspect what's deployed, connect apps, and manage your organization. Everything lives under your organization's URL: `os.meetluno.ai/{org-slug}`.

Paths below are relative to that prefix (for example, `/studio` is `os.meetluno.ai/{org-slug}/studio`).

## Build, run, and inspect

Three kinds of work show up in different places:

| Kind | Where | Examples |
| - | - | - |
| **Build** | [Luno Builder](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/web-app/chat.md) (and local/CLI deploy) | New agents, workflow changes, trigger attachments in source |
| **Run** | The [User view](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/web-app/user-view.md) (Spaces, apps, chat dock, My tasks), agent pages, triggers (manual invoke), workflow [forms](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/workflows/forms.md), external surfaces | Chat with a deployed agent, start a workflow from a form, approve a paused step |
| **Inspect** | Resource pages, [Runs](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/logs/overview.md), the Space's **Files** and **Deployments** tabs in Studio | Run traces, deployed canvas, draft source, what version is live |

Most resource pages show **deployed** behavior. Changing definitions still happens in project source (via Luno Builder, your editor, or the CLI), then [deploy](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/projects/deploy-a-project.md). Platform-only setup — credentials, form publish, org settings — does not require a deploy.

## Modes and the sidebar

The top bar switches between three modes, and the sidebar follows the mode you are in. Which modes you see depends on your organization role:

| Mode | Who | Sidebar |
| - | - | - |
| **User view** | Everyone | **Home** (`/`), **My tasks** (`/tasks`), **Notifications** (`/notifications`), your **Pinned** items and your **Spaces** (`/spaces/{slug}`). See [User view](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/web-app/user-view.md) |
| **Studio** | Builders, admins, owners | **Luno Builder** (`/studio`, Studio's home — see [Chat](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/web-app/chat.md)) and **Coding agents** (`/get-started`); **By type**: Agents (`/agents`), Workflows (`/workflows`), Apps (`/studio/apps`); **Resources**: Skills, Brains, Data sources, Integrations; and the Spaces you build in (`/projects/{slug}`) |
| **Governance** | Admins, owners | Organization settings (`/settings`, lands on **Overview**): people, roles, Spaces, budgets, models, access. Everyone opens their own Preferences, Profile and Referrals from the account menu |

Triggers open from their workflow; [run history](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/logs/overview.md) lives in each workflow's runs and on the **Runs** page (`/history`).

Pin agents, workflows, apps, Spaces and runs to keep them on Home and in the sidebar's **Pinned** list; a pin opens in the mode you are in. Reorder or hide sidebar items with **Customize sidebar**.

## What each page is for

Use this when you are deciding whether to stay in the web app or reach for chat, the CLI, or your repo.

| Page | Use the web app to… | Change definitions or deep automation logic in… |
| - | - | - |
| **Luno Builder** | Build and maintain project source with [Luno Builder](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/build-with-ai/platform-agent.md) | — (this is the build surface) |
| **Runs** | Search runs, filter by status/type/project, open traces and payloads | — (read-only audit/debug) |
| **Agents** | Chat with a [deployed agent](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/agents/run-agents.md#use-agents-in-the-web-app) (approve or deny paused tool calls inline), browse sessions, read or clear what it [remembers per user](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/agents/build-agents.md#memory), inspect prompt/files, manage channels and triggers where the UI exposes them | Project source or Luno Builder, then deploy — [Build agents](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/agents/build-agents.md) |
| **Workflows** | Read the canvas, inspect runs from the workflow, [publish or manage forms](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/workflows/forms.md) | Project source or Luno Builder, then deploy — [Build workflows](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/workflows/build-workflows.md) |
| **Triggers** | See sources and attachments, [invoke manually](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/triggers/overview.md) with a payload, review trigger run history | Trigger definitions and attachments in project source — [Triggers](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/triggers/overview.md) |
| **Skills** | Browse deployed skills and inspect packaged content | `src/skills/` in the project — [Create skills](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/skills/create-skills.md) |
| **Integrations** | Connect OAuth or API keys, set scope and defaults, rotate or revoke credentials | Custom app registration and `defineIntegration` in code — [Connect credentials](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/credentials/connect-credentials.md), [Custom integrations](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/credentials/custom-integrations.md) |
| **Spaces** (Studio) | Build a Space: its workflows, agents, apps, files (the shared draft), data tables, metrics, evals, deployments and technical settings (its people and access live in Governance) | Runtime behavior still comes from the codebase after deploy — [Manage projects](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/projects/manage-projects.md) |

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Luno Builder** (Studio home) builds and edits resources within a Space. **Agent page chat** runs what you already deployed. See [Chat](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/web-app/chat.md#chatting-with-your-own-agents).

## Governance and settings

Settings live under `/settings/{section}`. Governance (`/settings`) lands on **Overview** (`/settings/overview`); your personal pages (**Preferences**, **Profile**, **Referrals**) are not in the Governance nav: open them from the account menu (your avatar), in any mode and with any role. They belong to no mode: the breadcrumb reads `Organization › Profile` and the mode switch marks none. These paths manage your account and the active organization, separate from the Space pages at `/spaces/{slug}` and `/projects/{slug}`. Builders see the Governance sections their role allows.

| Group | Section | Path |
| - | - | - |
| General | Overview (where AI spend goes) | `/settings/overview` |
| General | People | `/settings/members` |
| Organization | Spaces | `/settings/projects` (detail at `/settings/projects/{slug}`) |
| Organization | Space tree (folders) | `/settings/space-tree` |
| Organization | Roles | `/settings/permission-groups` |
| Organization | Budgets | `/settings/usage-limits` |
| Cost | Models (Luno's curated list of current models; only enabled ones appear in Luno Builder, the assistant and chats) | `/settings/models` |
| Cost | Chat models | `/settings/chat-models` |
| Access | 2FA (its identity provider card opens **Identity & auth**, `/settings/identity-auth`) | `/settings/two-factor` |
| Advanced | Organization details | `/settings/organization` |
| Advanced | Organization knowledge | `/settings/company-brain` |
| Advanced | Usage & billing | `/settings/billing` |
| Advanced | Audit logs | `/settings/audit-logs` |
| Advanced | API keys | `/settings/api-keys` |
| Advanced | Hosted MCPs | `/settings/hosted-mcps` |
| Advanced | Managed services | `/settings/managed-services` |
| Account menu | Preferences (language, light or dark theme, font size, timezone, sidebar, Luno button, task emails and Slack DMs) | `/settings/preferences` |
| Account menu | Profile | `/settings/profile` |
| Account menu | Referrals | `/settings/referrals` |

See the [Settings](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/settings/organization.md) section of these docs for what each does. Every section is available on every plan ([Governance settings](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/settings/enterprise.md)).

## Draft vs. deployed

The web app renders your projects' **deployed** state: agent pages, workflow canvases, and run history all show what's live. Work in progress lives on each project's shared draft (`luno/draft`), which you can browse in the Space's **Files** tab in Studio — it updates live as Luno Builder or teammates push to the draft. Deploying promotes the draft to the live runtime. See [Deploy a project](https://docs.os.meetluno.ai/learn/projects/deploy-a-project.md).
