The User view is the mode everyone in the organization has. It is where people use the apps, chats and workflows of their Spaces, answer what is waiting on them, and ask Luno, the read-only assistant, about what they see. Members only have this mode; builders, admins and owners switch to Studio or Governance from the top bar. See Navigate the web app.

Home

Home (/) greets you and has an Ask Luno bar: type a question and it opens the chat dock with your answer. Below it, Pinned shows what you pinned. Pin any app, agent, workflow, Space or run with its pin button; pins also appear in the sidebar’s Pinned list.

My tasks

My tasks (/tasks) lists the work agents and workflows are waiting on you for: Filter by kind (All, Approve, Failures, Review), by Space, or search. Open tasks are grouped by due date (Today, This week, Later, No due date), and what you resolved stays under Resolved, showing the recorded response (the decision, who answered and when, and the values submitted). On a task you can also:
  • Ask Luno about it, with the task’s Space as focus.
  • Delegate it to another organization member who can see its Space. Undo takes a delegation back, or reopens a failure you dismissed.
  • Notify the owner of a failed run: the workflow’s owner (set in Studio, else the code owner) gets an in-app notification with who sent it, the workflow and a link to the run. The owner is told once per run, then the button reads Notified. You don’t see it on workflows you own.
A task goes to the people the step names (a hook step’s assignee or a tool’s approvers in code, or an override set in Studio), else to whoever started the run or chat, else to the workflow’s or agent’s owner, else to the Space’s admins. If you can approve budgets, Budgets waiting for approval also shows here: each opens the budget so you can approve more for the month or reject it (Budgets). New tasks also reach you by email and, when your organization has Slack connected, by Slack DM. Turn either off with Task emails and Slack DMs for tasks in Preferences (your avatar menu).

Notifications

Notifications (/notifications) collects tasks assigned to you, failed runs, budget heads-ups and approval requests, when you are added to a Space or something is shared with you, and when someone tells you a workflow you own failed. Mark all as read clears the unread count.

Spaces

Each Space you belong to has a User view page (/spaces/{slug}) with its Apps, Chats (the agents you can talk to) and Workflows. Spaces can sit in folders; the sidebar and /spaces show them as a tree.
  • General (/spaces/general) lists the apps open to the whole organization.
  • Shared with me (/spaces/shared) lists the apps and Spaces others shared with you.
  • An agent’s page (/spaces/{slug}/agents/{agent}) is a chat with the agent’s details next to it. See Chat with agents.
  • A workflow’s page (/spaces/{slug}/workflows/{workflow}) shows what it does and its runs; Run now starts it.
  • Apps (/apps) lists every app you can open, grouped by Space.
Builders open the same Space in Studio (/projects/{slug}) to build it; owners and admins manage its people, access and budget in Governance. See Manage projects.
